Delivery Areas

Plumbers On Call currently delivers to all areas within South Africa. 

Order Processing

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (15:00) South African Standard Time
  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days
  • Fulfillment Days: Monday through Saturday
  • Transit Time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Days: Monday through Saturday


Orders placed after the 3:00 PM cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within South Africa.

Delivery Procedure

  1. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email
  2. Your order will be processed within our 1-2 day handling period
  3. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information
  4. Delivery will be completed within 1-2 business days after shipping

Delivery Expectations

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 2-4 business days total (including handling and transit time)
  • Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the package
  • For special delivery instructions, please include these in the notes section during checkout

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • You may return purchased items within 14 days (2 weeks) of receipt
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Return Process

  2. Complete the return form provided by our team
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Return the item using our recommended shipping method

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or specially ordered products
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products of equal value within the 14-day return period. For exchanges of different value:

  • If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
